Refund policy

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned”, all sales of paid digital downloads are final. If you experience a technical issue with a download — such as a broken link or corrupted file — please contact us at hello@newcomersavings.ca and we will resolve it promptly.

Payment and delivery

Downloads are delivered by email or via a secure download link immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your download within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and contact us if the issue persists.
